Went to clinic, said due to covid no walkins, had to make an appointment to see a doctor to get prescription renewed. I made one for 3pm that afternoon, called in 1/2 later at 1:30pm to cancel, couldn't make was told they'd take my name off of list, however several days later got a letter from doctor claiming I didn't cancel my appointment, which I had, clearly a clerical error, still said they would wave the $40 fee for not showing up, had to call to tell doctor I had cancelled, in the process I got a staff member on the phone with ATTITUDE! Asked to speak to someone else without an attitude, she hungup on me. Had to call back, of course the attitude was hiding and someone very nice answered the phone, told her the problem, with her coworker, and then asked her to document that I had called and cancelled the appointment, nice lady said she did...., still doesn't change the fact that there's ATTITUDE with clerical staff. Suggest you send this person back to Ontarible, or as my daddy use to say to my mother, stop dyeing her hair, the peroxide is going to her head. Go lay down by your dish..., small town, word gets around! If she doesn't like the job, have her move to Italy, right now they'll hire anyone with a pulse! Been at this clinic many times before, always had friendly greetings and great care, docs are wonderful. Can't wait to meet the weak link next time I'm there.
